We define organizational development as the alignment between a businesses strategy and its employees. In order to effectively conduct OD work an organization must be keenly aware of their business strategy and have senior level alignment around the strategy. Our proven process facilitates an organization through a number of steps to clearly identify the gaps between the strategy and the people.

Lego® Org Design
One activity in particular is the use of Legos® to physically explore design choices. We find that laying out the potential options in a visual format helps to preview the new structures and is much more effective than designing boxes on a sheet of paper.
Clients enjoy seeing the structure laid out on a table in such a way that they can visual the entire organization and then begin moving the pieces around. This unique approach helps us to focus on the structure first and the people second.
